Aussie icon in the English backyard

Beefater

BeefEater, distributed in over 35 countries, is an icon of Australian BBQ, but with worldwide appeal, offering free-standing and built-in grills, as well as entire outdoor kitchens, incorporating all the elements to cook and entertain outdoors.

Established in Sydney 40 years ago, BeefEater, now owned by Electrolux, has built its global reputation on quality of construction, its high heat output and versatile features.

“We are one of the few manufacturers who use the heavy-duty cast-iron rail burner system for durability and heat intensity, with a minimum of 4kW of power in every burner and a minimum five-year warranty on our BBQ range,” says Matthew Richards, managing director of BeefEater Europe, based in Cheddar, Somerset.

As well as barbecues, the BeefEater range features built-in doors, drawers, fridges and accessories, while its market-leading signature ProLine series is a top loaded product, favoured by specifiers, architects and designers. BeefEater is a partner brand of leading outdoor kitchen manufacturers including Cubic, Vlaze, Cana, Movelar, Niehoff, as well as the Australian outdoor kitchen platform Cabinex.

“In the many years we have been supplying built-in barbecues, we have seen some stunning installations and marvel at how the humble barbecue can be elevated to an outdoor space centrepiece. With the huge rise in demand for outdoor kitchens, we have enjoyed working with some of the biggest names in the industry, but also get so much satisfaction from seeing our products in artisan manufacturer systems too. Life tastes better outdoors,” says Richards.
