British Live Fire Cooking Championships
Entries to the British Live Fire Cooking Championship open 7th June!
Kadai & Love Logs are hosting the first ever British Live Fire Cooking Championships at the 30th edition of the Ludlow Food Festival this September.
To enter, contestants must take a photo of something they’ve cooked over fire, as well as a short video introducing themselves and describing the meal. They then either need to tag @kadaiuk and @planetfriendlyfirewood in the photo and video using the hashtag #livefire2024 or submit it via a form on the BLFCC website. Entries open 7th June and close 7th July.
Ludlow Food Festival Fire Stage
Love Logs & Kadai will choose 15 entries to go to round two (10th July – 23rd July) and be put to a public vote based both on the quality of the food and the personality of the entrant (voting opens 24th July – closes 5th August). The 3 contestants with the most votes will be invited to Ludlow Food Festival to compete in the BLFCC.
The winner of the BLFCC will get a golden ticket to compete in the World Food Championships in Indianapolis, USA, as well as free flights, accommodation, and spending money. We are also throwing in a £350 Kadai voucher and a year’s supply of Love Logs charcoal or wood.
